3rd Grade Teacher

"Today you are you. That is truer than true! There is no one alive that is you-er than you!" - Dr. Suess

Hello There!

Welcome to the 3rd Grade! I am so excited to get to know you and I'm looking forward to a happy and productive school year. This year will be a year of becoming successful mathematicians, scientist, readers as well as becoming more independent. My mission is to create a classroom environment that is fun, engaging, exciting and positive where my students feel safe to be themselves and take risks. I truly enjoy all that we do in third grade and am so excited to start a new year full of learning and growing.

We are a team! I want to make sure that together we are always making the best decisions for your child. My classroom is always open! I will always keep the lines of communication open with frequent emails, phone calls, and classroom visits. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason!

About Ms. Soucier

For me, teaching is a passion. Our children are our future, which means we have to prepare them for what is yet to come. Teaching has made and will always make a significant difference a child’s life. Teachers provide children the knowledge, tools, and motivation they need to help them become successful in life. Becoming a teacher lets you im
part life lessons that they will never forget and puts you in a position to influence their decisions, behaviors, strengths, weaknesses and imaginations. Essentially, becoming a teacher lets you take part in shaping the next generation, which is one of the many reasons I chose this profession. My own love of learning causes me to be passionate and excited about teaching. I love being a part of the learning experience and I enjoy helping students understand that with knowledge comes power.
