Second Grade Teacher
About Mrs. Lennon
I became a teacher because children are the best people in the world! They are my world. I’ve always had a very strong passion for teaching & learning - and helping others to succeed. I've always been very creative and innovative, and I'm able to use these traits within my teaching to both design and deliver exciting and engaging lessons for my students!
I, myself, am a Naugatuck resident and very proud to say that I'm also a product of the Naugatuck Public School System! I love everything about the community of scholars and families that I have the absolute pleasure to work with and build relationships with each year. I also feel privileged to work alongside such an amazing “crew” each day. Andrew Avenue School is not only “A Great Place to Be”.....but for me, it is my “Favorite Place to Be”. I love what I do!
I earned my degree from the University of Bridgeport. I have a Master of Science in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach grades K-6.
